colour try-out: Twisted Log Cabin

I made a twisted log cabin to try some colours out:


6 x 6 inch

I am not so pleased with the result, but there was this try-out for, to experience for real what was on my mind. If you like you can download the paper piecing pattern as a PDF from my site

    I like the way the colours shade. Perhaps the centre is too dominant. Is that what you don't like about it?

    The center is to dominant, but I also think that the block turned out to pinkish.
